+ - What is made to order/printed on demand?

Our products are printed as soon as you place your order! We do not have warehouses full of sad lonely products looking for new homes. Once you submit your order, we start cooking up your stuff. This way you know they are 100% fresh! Please allow 4-7 business days for us to process and make your order. Once that is done we ship it out ASAP!

+ - What is your return policy?

We stand behind the quality of our products and guarantee our workmanship 100%. Any defects or errors on our part such as bad quality of printing will result in a replacement at no charge. Please email us a picture of your defective item along with your order number to: info@muchanada.com

Because our products are printed on demand and unique just for you, we do not accept returns due to customer error such as incorrect selection of sizes, designs, colors, etc. We make everything fresh just for you! So please make sure you triple-check your cart before placing your final order.

+ - What payment methods do you accept?

We securely accept PayPal as well as all major credit and debit cards.

+ - Where do babies come from?

They come from Mars. But shush… It’s a secret.

+ - What if my order is lost?

Lost delivery: Shipped items will be tracked based on their provided tracking number. Therefore, if items are stated as “delivered” but you did not receive it, we cannot refund orders or send out a replacement until the delivery is confirmed to be lost. This must be confirmed by the delivery service themselves, and the time periods at which items can be confirmed lost depends on the delivery service used.

Failed Deliver/Package be returned: Most likely the package was returned due to an undeliverable address. We will contact you once the order arrives back to our facility. In order to have the product reshipped, kindly provide us with another correct shipping address and pay an additional shipping fee of $9.95 then we will complete the order.

+ - Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do! Once your cart is full, you can see shipping costs at checkout.

+ - How do I return my item if I am an international customer?

+ - Can I change my order?

Our production facility is automated for processing orders as fast as possible so you can get your order ASAP. However, we hold your order for six hours after it is placed to allow for any necessary changes to shipping addresses or item sizes and colors, just email us within this time limit. If it has been more than six hours and your order has entered production, it is going to be decorated and we are no longer able to edit the order. Please take a look at our size charts and detailed explanations before checking out.
